Glenan Lodge is 15 miles south of Inverness and 15 miles north of Aviemore. It is well-placed for walking, cycling, bird-watching and fishing in the Highlands. Sometimes you can spot a red squirrel.
At Glenan Lodge there is a comfortable guest lounge with DVD player and games, plus a homely dining room and a licensed bar. Evening meals are available on request.
Carrbridge and Boat of Garten golf courses are less than 30 minutes' drive away. Tomatin Distillery is within walking distance.
Glenan Lodge accepts children over 5 years of age.

By Air
Tomatin is 35 minutes from Inverness Airport.
By Train
Inverness and Aviemore stations are 20 minutes away.
By Car
- Turn off the A9 at the sign for Tomatin.
- Follow the road to the left to Tomatin Distillery.
- Turn into the Distillery gate and follow the drive under the railway bridge.
- Where the road divides, keep to the right and follow the road past the cottages.
- At the top of the hill, turn right and proceed for 100 yards.
- Glenan Lodge is the first house on the left, immediately past the cattle grid. |
