Boasting fantastic views over Ben Nevis and the Nevis Range of mountains, this small, family-run B&B is set in the rural village of Torlundy, just 3 miles away from Fort William.
Your hosts, Michael and Maxean, aim to make your stay at Mayfield comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. They will be on-hand to help and advise you on how to get the best from your stay in the Highlands, they can even provide suggested tour guide information for you.
Mayfield is a bungalow, so there are no stairs inside, however there are 4 steps up into the house. If you have difficulty with steps, please contact the house prior to making a reservation to discuss suitability as there are no disabled facilities.

Area information : |
Just a 40 minute walk from the Nevis Range, the Mayfield provides an ideal base from which to explore the Highlands. There are plenty of short and long walks available directly from Mayfield, including the North Face Route up Ben Nevis, although this is the longest and most difficult route. You can also access many walks and cycle routes within the forests.
The town of Fort William is the nearest town, equipped with all amenities, including restaurants and shops. |

Mayfield is 3 miles from the nearest rail station. Local buses run several times a day. Torlundy is on the main A82 Inverness road. Taxis are available. |
